Mindfulness meditation has played a vital role on my own journey to wellness and supported me through some of the biggest challenges of my life. Together with Dr Liz Williams, we support a growing community of people with chronic health problems of any kind. We meet via GOOGLE MEET monthly (1st or second Monday of each month- depending on our availability). During our meetings, we provide support, education and share practical tips about health and lifestyle.
