Stress Less with Dr Zuzi was created from both professional training and lived experience. Burnout was a pivotal moment that led me to step away from psychiatry and retrain in integrative, lifestyle, and functional medicine. I know first-hand how subtle and cumulative stress can be, and how easily we can keep going until the body or mind finally asks for our attention in a way that can no longer be ignored.
Since then, I have spent years focusing on practical, evidence-informed ways to support the nervous system and overall wellbeing. I have worked with many people experiencing burnout, fatigue, and nervous system overload, and this programme brings together what I have learned through science, clinical practice, and personal healing — in a way that is simple, realistic, and achievable in everyday life.
There is a huge body of evidence taht small, consistent actions can gently reshape how the body responds to pressure, supporting greater resilience and wellbeing.
Stress Less with Dr Zuzi evolved from Stress Less December, a gentle, evidence-informed seasonal offering that supported people through a particularly busy and demanding time of year.
What began as a simple, last-minute offering with very little promotion was received far more warmly than I had anticipated.
The response, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback, highlighted just how much people are craving practical, compassionate support that can easily fit into real, full lives. It became clear that there is both a need and a desire for wellbeing practices that are realistic, accessible, and easy to integrate, even for those with the busiest schedules.
This year-long offering builds on that foundation, providing ongoing, gentle support to help you move through life with greater calm, clarity, and steadiness.
