Stress-Less December was created from both professional training and lived experience.
Burnout was the turning point that led me to change my professional direction and train in integrative, lifestyle and functional medicine. I know first-hand how subtle and cumulative stress can be, and how easy it is to keep going until the body finally demands attention.
Since then, I have spent years studying the physiology of stress and the practical ways to counter it. I have supported many patients in my clinic through burnout, fatigue, and nervous system overload. This programme brings together what I have learned through science, clinical practice, and personal healing in a way that is simple, practical, and achievable in everyday life.
Stress-Less December is offered freely because prevention matters. It is my Christmas gift to the world — a small thank you for a professional and personal path that has been deeply rewarding.
