Change of Format

 Kia ora beautiful people,

A quick update about Ask Dr Zuzi Q&A.
Over time, I have noticed that the live online format has not always been the most accessible. Many people have been unable to attend at the set time, and others have shared that they felt a bit shy asking questions live.

To make this space more inclusive and easier to access, I will be transitioning Ask Dr Zuzi to a recorded, podcast-style format. This will allow you to send in your questions in advance and engage in your own time, without the pressure of a live session.

The new format will begin in Quarter 2 2026, with the exact date to be announced closer to the time. I am really looking forward to opening this up to a wider audience and answering more of your thoughtful, whole-person questions.
