ff consultations are best suited to specific, contained questions or short term support,  

such as:

• focused concerns 
• reviewing results 
• refining an existing plan 
• a single personalised coaching or hypnotherapy session 

One-off consultations are available both in person and online. 

For more complex, evolving, or multi-system concerns, structured care pathways are usually more effective and cost-efficient. 

 Suggested appointment length: 50 minutes 

 Fee: $375 NZD 

About this appointment
A 50 minute consultation allows adequate time for thoughtful clinical assessment, discussion, and planning in most situations. 

It allows meaningful progress without rushing, while keeping care focused and efficient.

Longer or shorter appointments can be arranged where clinically appropriate.

What is included

• Clinical discussion and decision-making during your consultation 
• A brief AI-assisted written summary of key points and agreed next steps 
• Reviewed and approved by your clinician 

What is not included

Additional clinical or administrative work outside your consultation time, including:

• preparation 
• detailed plans or reports 
• follow-up tasks 
• extended communication 

This time is charged separately at $7.50 NZD per minute, calculated on a pro rata basis.
