Over the years, I have learned that people with ongoing, complex, and often stress-sensitive health concerns tend to do best within steady, well-supported care relationships rather than isolated consultations.
For this reason, most of my work now sits within clearly defined care pathways that provide structure, continuity, and realistic support over time.
Ad hoc appointments remain available, but for many clients, a more structured approach offers the greatest potential for meaningful and sustainable change.
At ZIVIO Health, care is grounded in relationship, continuity, and an understanding that health concerns rarely exist in isolation.
Many people who come to see me are living with long-standing or recurring symptoms that affect more than one area of their life. These concerns are often shaped by stress, nervous system load, gut health, metabolic balance, and life stage transitions. My role is to help make sense of these patterns and support change in a way that is realistic, paced, and sustainable.
Rather than focusing on individual diagnoses, we work together to understand how different systems interact, and what support will be most helpful for you over time.

My work most often centres around gut health and stress-sensitive conditions, as these sit at the core of many ongoing health concerns. From there, care may also involve metabolic, hormonal, skin, or mental wellbeing support, depending on how your health presents and evolves.
Because many clients experience overlap across these areas, care is commonly provided through structured pathways that allow for continuity, reflection, and adjustment over time. Ad hoc consultations remain available where appropriate, but for many people, a more relational and structured approach offers greater clarity and support.

This short quiz is designed to help you decide whether my style of care is likely to be a good fit for you at this point in time.
It is not a diagnostic tool, and there are no right or wrong answers.
Your responses will help clarify whether booking a consultation is the right next step, or whether another type of support may be more appropriate right now.

Zivio Care Pathways are structured around a set number of consultations rather than a fixed calendar commitment. Each pathway has a suggested timeframe during which we would normally expect meaningful progress to occur, alongside a grace period to allow for holidays, illness, and the realities of day to day life.
Care is more dose based than calendar based to account for hte fact that people move at different speeds. Pacing is adjusted collaboratively to support steady, sustainable progress.
Different pathway tiers are available to reflect different needs, levels of clinical input, and budgets. Pathways are particularly well suited to chronic or long standing health concerns, where consistency, relationship, and continuity of care matter most.
Zivio Care Pathways offer both better care and better value than booking individual consultations. Pathway pricing reflects a lower per consultation cost, alongside a deeper level of clinical support.
When you commit to a pathway, you are not simply booking a series of appointments. You are securing continuity, priority, and a clinician who is actively holding your case between sessions. This includes preparation, clinical thinking, written summaries and plans, interpretation of results, repeat prescriptions, and the ability to respond to change over time, rather than treating each appointment in isolation.
All pathways and consultations are available in person or virtually.
Below, you can find basic information about each pathway. More detail will be provided after the Care Planning Consultation, or on demand.
